Who would've guessed that Rangers huge lead over Celtic has been whittled down to just 2 pts leading in to this Glesca derby match at Celtic Park and in front of a sell-out crowd with no Hun presence in the stands. What an opportunity to finally "leapfrog" above them although one must utter caution in the fact there is still a lotta footie to be played before the season is concluded. I think Ange's team selection really centres on who is fit to "fight for the cause" as the past couple of weeks has seen some very unfortunate injuries to key players like McGregor and Ideguchi while Rogic is away plying his trade with the Australian international team - not favoured very well by Lady Luck re the timing of said events, but Celtic still "ticking over" nicely and unbeaten for a while. And Rangers not as good as they think they are either!!

FT 3-0 and Rangers absolutely "blown away" in an excellent 1st half display from a Hoops side that was "well up for it" in front of their own fans for the 1st time in a long time v Rangers - no closed doors encounter this time!! Another dynamic Japansese payer, Hatate, delivering a brace of deadly "strikes" and Abada adding to them. Celtic top of the Scot Prem and what a symbolic moment after quite a while of not being in that "top of the tree" position, a case of normal service resumes although one must caution there is still a lotta footie to be played. However, it is the manner of this defeat to Rangers that is more significant than many people realise - signs of their gradual demise? It certainly overshadows their publicised signing of Aaron Ramsay! We shall see how it all unfolds!

LOL LMAO Van Bronkhurst moaning about the ballboys !!!
Sevco were absolutely destroyed in the first half, they just couldn't handle the pace celtic were playing at especially in the wide areas. If it hadn't been for Mcgregor they could easily have had 5 or 6.
I was quite dismissive of the big Aussie when he came in but he clearly is a good coach and he's signed some very good players.

No doubt there will be a lengthy list of complaints about Bobby Madden now.

Neil McCann on bbc Sportscene taking the same line as Boydy???? Corrected by Mikey Stewart re the nature of the collision and the quick strike after it - really "clutching at straws"!!
