Half way there

We have now played 23 of the 46 league matches and with 25 points in the bag, we are half way to the fabled 50 point safety mark.

So do you think we can stay up?
Do you think we can do better than stay up and possibly achieve mid table mediocrity?
Who at Town have you been impressed with so far?
Who of our 23 opponents have you been impressed with?
And who do you think will be going up and who's going down?

It could be close, today us a set back though, no doubt about. See who is shipped out and brought in, a lot will depend on this.

Agree with Art. Our season will hinge on what business we do in January. The likes of Hammill, Gerrard, Oscar, Pato, Stead etc need to be shipped out with players coming in to boost the first 11. If we don't improve our starting line up we're down I think, as Powell has l
proven he isn't good enough to get the best out of the players currently at his disposal.

If we can't hold a 2-0 lead at Rotherham do we deserve to stay up FFS. I mean it was Rotherham we were playing no effing Real Madrid

Of the new Town players I like Conor Coady. Looks a bit gormless in a Richard Logan way, but he has skill and vision unlike the aforementioned.
As for the opponents, nobody. I don't see why we can't compete in this division. Nobody's sprcial.

Trouble is we are a club that is stagnating pretty much like Barnsley did. I know Dean has spent a fortune for which I'm grateful and I know he's trying to make us financially stable but unfortunately most of the other teams are playing by different rules and this can only mean the following
1 We won't pay top dollar for signings
2 That means they will sign elsewhere
3 Our best players will get poached
4 Our squad will become weaker by the season
5 Relegation to League 1is a near certain thing within the next 3 seasons(this one included)
