Statham, your post was fine, there is very little activity on here recently, a bit like albion's attacking third, there is a general apathy amongst the blue and white army ..... We need to get our mojo back, difficult because the team are not inspiring us so we can not Inspire them .........

Let's hope January can fire us up.

Saw the great man play many times ..... robbed of many England caps by the media and FA bias towards Liverpool and London clubs ...... Kenny who ..... not a patch on Derek.

Bias still exists ..... slightly different direction but still there all the same..

Me too - albeit at a time when I was wearing shorts most of the time too.

Wrote to the club in 78/79ish saying I support you, love Derek etc etc. A week later a package arrived. Inside was a sheet of hand signed autographs - Robson, Regis, Wile, Statham etc. And a No3 shirt (old broad yellow/green) signed by Derek. I still have them. No money changed hands. Those were the days.
