Big game, the man United point will be almost for nothing, if we can't follow it up with 3 the weekend.  A performance of the same ilk as we did on Monday night,  and we should be fine.

Thanks Luke. It's great to link up with lots of Baggies again. Thumb up

Thanks Stairs, and yes, we'll all meet up in The Vine one fine day, and let's hope we can get this chat site like the old BBC 606 used to be. Thumb up

I wish I shared some of you lot's confidence! I've been a Baggie too long to harbour too much hope from this sort of game. If I had a settee I'd be hiding behind it come 3 o'clock. But then again, why shouldn't we beat Palace? We're good enough. And thanks Dingle-Dingle.

P.S. Love the fact that, at 60, I'm a Junior Member again! I remember the late Sixties when it was 2 shillings (10p in today's money) to get into the Brummie Road End to watch the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool.

Hopefully we continue the tempo from Monday night. Palace will have noticed how well we are playing atm and will be very difficult to break down.
I expect a battle of attrition that could go either way.

Patience is definitely the key today. Colin will set his team out to defend and hit us on the break but an early goal doesn't half make life a lot easier.
2-1 baggies and unlike the horror show that was last season I'm actually getting a bit excited about match days at the shrine :-)

Welcome to the board Aries. Thumb up

This WBA forum must now have the oldest average age of posters when compared to the other WBA forums. It's got to be an average age of 70 at least. Whistle

I think you could be right - and it's only me and you keeping that average down. Whistle
