Not all our woes are of TP's making .........
We should have beaten Norwich at home, they were on a poor run before and since, we blow it with poor set up and game plan. For that I blame TP.
We should have beaten Watford, they had one saved shot and one flick goalwards, we missed two penalties and other chances plus out played them. Players fault
We should have beaten Bournemouth, one up missed another penalty, sat back conceded ....
Those three games alone cost us eight points ..... that would put us ninth on fifty.
And that does not include the number of games decided against us by poor decisions.
We all see this as a poor season but we could easily have been pushing for Europe or more ..... fine margins.

Baggieman, little harsh, not saying TP is innocent of the crimes against football committed in Albion stripes this year, not saying he is to blame likewise, but for a fine line here or there we could be on fifty plus points and chasing europe, in the same way we could be doing a villa ..... no heart no hope no results sunk without trace.
TP has been in charge three transfer Windows ..... first just joined so not involved in player selection for acquisition, second, players chosen and watched for months / years before offered deals, maybe no say in that one either, most recent .... We do not do much business in January but would suggest more involved.
Fairness is a value I hold great store by .... and to that aim, inherited an aging squad, and under achievers .... bought a few in as well, would before to stay up and play with style ..... hoping both are achievable but if not then change the set up.
We all want what is right for the blue and white.

The only thing I'd do to be fair to TP is to give him his one way bus-fare so he'd bugger off back to Bournemouth or wherever he lives.

Might be a rather expensive bus fare Baggieman, TP still has a year left on his contract.
Also sorry to hear that you are not renewing your season ticket but, given your feelings towards TP that's not entirely unexpected.
Just bought a season ticket myself but mine's with Cheltenham Town which also says it all.

My biggest frustration for this season is that we just have not improved or progressed. In 2014-15, we finished 13th on 44 points and scoring 38 goals, not exactly thrilling but that's what it was. With one game to go in this season, we are 15th on 42 points and scored 33 goals. Unless we beat Liverpool on Saturday (and assuming the three teams above us don't win), this is our final position. Also, I cannot see us scoring 5 on Saturday, so we'll also score fewer goals, although we may also concede slightly fewer. You could argue that a club like the Albion is likely to be a 12th - 15th finisher, although I don't see why that should be acceptable. However, given that such a position might be realistic, it should not be a given that we play the most turgid football to achieve such lofty heights. I think we could possibly accept an average finish in the table if we had some memorable moments during the season, performances and games we looked back on with pleasure.
I know we have survived another season but I feel that, in every other respect, we are going backwards. As long as Tony Pulis is manager, I think this will continue and next year will be another season of boring mediocrity. I saw a statistic at the weekend that said we were the only club in Europe's top six divisions not to win a game by two goals; add to that our record of not registering a shot on target in 7 matches this season and I'm struggling to see how things are getting better.

Very true baggiesteve, no forward motion visible which usually ends in relegation, hoping that after eighteen months in charge we may get more of a head coach / scout transfer balance which may freshen the squad with pace, width, youth and creativity.

4eva, I think you're spot on. It's about pace, width and creativity, ideally with younger players. Pulis' focus is upon seasoned pros who'll do "a job". Leko has been an outstanding breakthrough although everyone recognises it's early days for him. Yet, already Pulis is talking about improving his work rate for the team and loaning him out next season. Whilst fully accepting he need some more a more all round game, how good would it have been if Pulis had waxed lyrical about his pace and willingness to be adventurous. Fat chance.

Baggiesteve, that is my main concern with Pulis, he likes hard working defensive units, we want some flair, some Albion style football ....

These things tend to even themselves out with football...
Against Watford at home we were the better team and certainly shouldn't have lost the game. Even against West Ham at home we should've been out of sight before they scored really...
However, on the opposite side of the coin, Everton away we got completely out played and come away with 3 points from our only shot. At Stoke away we just about scraped the win by a single goal and they played for most of the game with 9 men and the sending offs were not exactly cut and dry.
Personally I think the position we're in is about right. We've got plenty of guts and determination and very rarely give anyone an easy game, but our quality is really poor.
What's most annoying about Pulis is that there are some performances where we play on the front foot and genuinely don't look a bad side. It feels like we're only a few players away from being top half team... But then you look at his transfer record where he's signed lower league dross like McClean or the likes of Chester and McManaman who are never going to fit his style. It does make you wonder if he'll ever spot those few players we need to push on... His transfer record is more 'misses' than 'hits'.
I do feel that Pulis sometimes gets harsh treatment due to the stigma associated with his time at Stoke. Don't get me wrong, his football is poor, but Irvine and Uncle Roy were hardly expansive - yet they didn't get the same abuse. However, the problem for me isn't the football - it's the fact that despite being given money he's failed to address the quality issue. Part of my thinks it might be worth giving him about season and hope that he attracts another few players in the Jonny Evans quality mould to take us to the next level; but another side thinks he'll just buy more lower league quality like McClean and wouldn't be able to spot a decent attacking midfielder even if he bit him on the ass...
