IF, dundee utd are making an approach for raiths manager then the timing is bang out of order and if i was a raith fan i'd be raging, however, i fancy us tae put the tie oot o' reach after the 1st leg.

Why would he want to move to a Championship club, as long as he has a chance of becoming a Premiership manager? We just have to make sure he has a choice of two Championship clubs.

Just back and that was daylight robbery! However, if you look at part of my OP, I remarked that I hoped our misfiring strikers would stop making things difficult for the team and start banging in goals. Sadly Cummings was the chief offender and he should've set us up on easy street tonight - he couldn't 'bury his demons' and the 'one on one' run in on the Raith goal in the 1st half was another shocking example of a striker not doing his job properly and battering the baw 'hard n low' past an onrushing Raith goalie - easy when you know how to do it!! He didn't do it!!! I think it's the 1st time I've seen big sections of Hibs fans booing Cummings when he went off and also Stubbs (IMO he picked the wrong team and formation and we were still the better side by a country mile!!) for his lack of movement on the Hibs subs' bench - IMO totally inept and late by about 15 mins when he should've moved to change it. I think if we're depending on Cummings to get us through these play off matches then we may as well 'throw in the towel' now and focus on the cup final. This was a match that we deserved to win, never mind draw it, and that was an insult to the thousands of Hibs fans who travelled to Starks Pk to back the team tonight!! Thankfully there is a second leg to play but this Hibs side creates lotsa scoring opps and still persists in making things so difficult In matches that are there to be won and won well!

He 'done in the heads' of lotsa Hibs fans in the McDermid Stand hibeejim and I don't condone any booing of any player but I can't blame the booing fans who have endured lotsa this kinda unacceptably poor striking form during this season and esp in 'open goal' or one on one situations! He has been a big offender in that striking dept and is clearly not the prolific pen box striker that we have needed to convert so many great opps to score goals for Hibs!! I said it in August last year and that view remains the same and is confirmed in our goal stats!
