Cheers guys 'n' gals - just fixed a piccy that wasn't working for some reason. Thumb up

SHEP - breaking FFP rules didn't bother Leicester, QPR or Bournemouth, amongst others, and I've still not seen (I may have missed it) that QPR have paid a penny yet of the supposed fines they were hit with.

think bristol may have still made a mistake in getting rid off cottrill. at the very least they may suffer for appointing former managers son. he did well at btown, but i think it will be very bad when his bubble bursts here.

noticed he and warnock fell out the other week. johnsons pleas like that will only work so many times before fans find it tedious and basically a cover up for his own short comings

Yes theo, a lot of the clubs who broke FFP rules aren't really getting too much punishment handed out to them. Although L666s and Forest have been hit hard with suspensions for buying players.

However QPR did pay money back......originally should have been £50M but it was negotiated down to £8M. Link below if you can be bothered to read it:-

Cheers - I'd read that before SHEP. I don't think they've paid a penny of that amount back either as that was around the start of this season. Last I heard there was talk of maybe about half that amount again later in the season but it still wasn't settled.

I haven't noticed any updates for this year.

Due to Euro commitments I'm giving this fixture a miss this weekend despite the lads having a sleepover in Bristol on Saturday night, mind you I don't mind giving the 06:18 train a miss tomorrow morning  Big Grin

Shocking performance with individual errors the catalyst for a below par team effort 2nd half. Once again a good first half hour bright with good spells of passing but obvious lack of punch, then on HT Dempsey was absent their man had a fee run in on goal.
Dolly arse ing around was disposed 2, Huddy backed off 3 n fat Tomlin blasted home No.4.
Matmour our bright spark of the 2nd half. Davidson n Huws useless spine just went nothing up front the easiest game Brisssle will have had all season.
Maybe 800 900 Town badly let down this afternoon many staying over so an expensive away day unrewarded.
