Hart - Forster - Heaton

Dier - Alli - Barkley - Drinkwater - Antonio - Sterling - Noble - Henderson (Wilshire if fit)

Kane - Vardy - Rooney - Sturridge - Welbeck

Obviously Hodgson won't go that far and Antonio & Noble have no chance as he prefers Milner & Walcott.

MS, the defense looks a bit weak in your squad!!! Whistle

My defence was Clyne, Walker, Stones, Smalling, Cahill, Rose, Bertrand
The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Even though I cba with England I'm actually going to the Turkey game. Going with my brother and taking my nephew. Supposed to be a birthday treat for me. Depends whether my car makes it through the scallies, I suppose.

I know this is a bit early but does anyone know good/safe/cheap parking for the Etihad?

Is Etihad in Istanbul? If so, the car parking is quite reasonable (about 4p in our money, I think).

Park at Ashton and use the Metro in the Park and Ride scheme, other than that look for a local school in the area, they usually open up the playgrounds for parking on Matchday.

Don't expect too much from these games, I've been to similar before and it's usually poor on the pitch and a party atmosphere in the stands. Having said that we've given Turkey a large allocation of tickets so we could see a bit of needle in the stands.

Are you going to Sunderland for the Aussie game the following Friday?

Cheers, Wakey. I'll check out the schools in the local area.

Haven't been to the Etihad since before it was called the Etihad (when I used to go to a lot more than just Wednesday home games). I've even been to watch England play there before, back in the day.

As I'm taking my 12 year old nephew and I'm a tightwad we're in the Family section (only £20 per adult, £10 per kid). I'm not expecting too much 'fun & games' in there nut round the stadium could get interesting.

Saw England beat Turley in a qualification game years ago at the Stadium of Light and the atmosphere was very hostile. It was not long after the Leeds lads got stabbed to death so there was no love lost for the away fans that night. People complained on the radio about the aggressive atmosphere but I didn't see any aggro and me and my brother agreed it was one of the best England home games we'd been to. Not going up there this time though. One meaningless friendly is enough for me!

Great price for the family section, I'm in the Eng Travel club and could have a ticket anywhere in the ground for £20 so I'm slumming it in the middle tier close to the halfway line, pretty much the same for the following Friendly at Sunderland.
To be honest I'm going to these games to get me more caps so I can move up the caps table and try and get more tickets. Following them at home in the last campaign has managed to get me enough to follow them in France this summer, the next target is having enough caps to qualify for Scotland v England tickets next summer.

Wakey, I remember my days of going to every England match I could so that I could go to more!

Hardly missed a game between 2000 and 2008 but became disillusioned in the end.

Remember going to that Euro playoff against Scotland at Hampden, under Keegan. Was a great day out but remember waiting for my brother in the car park for ages because the bus that was bringing him from the stadium 'got lost' and went round in circles for half an hour! He says he went past the stadium 3 times in total and the looks on the bemused Scottish fans faces when the bus went past them again and again was very funny.
