Over 26,000 Hibs fans heading for Hampden!

Ha ha ha! Laugh I wouldn't wanna upset them too much during this finely balanced part of our season although maybe a few 'home truths' would focus certain Hibs players on the importance of all our upcoming fixtures, not just the cup ties!

The only beach i would put our players on is the one at gullane. Get their pampered arses up the dunes.

That will get them fit.

So, you're not a fan of Mr Verheijen's modern outlook then?

See, that's where Stubbs - and British football in general - is going wrong. Look at Celtic in Europe this season - two of their opposition managers came out and said the way to beat them was to "run the legs off them". Guess what they did? Molde and Malmo both f*ckin' horsed them that way.

Seems to be a common standpoint in British football - "work the bastards harder", "how would they like to work 60 hours a week down't pits!", "they've an easy life, swanning off to the bookies at lunchtime, wouldn't know a hard day's work if it stood them down't mill 'til their feet bled".

Lot of shite.

Players' fitness needs to be understood and managed. It's the 21st century after all.

Enjoy it Paigntonhibby! Thumb up  Here's hoping the Hibs deliver but a duff result won't deter the cabbage fans from having a concert as we discovered in the 2013 Scottish Cup final v Celtic when we hijacked the post match celebrations and wouldn't go away after the final whistle - a great support and long may it continue! It's a pity Hibs couldn't compliment that support with far more success than we've ever seen but that's life!

A day on the sauce in weedgieland beckons this weekend. Staying overnight..... hopefully to celebrate rather than avoiding gloating jambos.  Laugh

Our defence was a joke that game.. Best part of the day was the Guinness in one of the queens park boozers. Geraghtys?? Anyway drowned our sorrows and the natives were friendly enough.

Whatever happens will happen but I really hope we all have a good one. Especially the fairweather fans.

Btw who edited trusevichs comment ? No harm with that one.

Jim, I did and to be honest I wasn't sure so erred on the side of caution due to previous issues.  My apologies to Trus if I was wrong but it was an honest decision.
