16 Players on International Duty
#1
Wow - how times have changed.

We used to see the International Break as an opportunity for players to recuperate or train. Now we worry about them coming back burnt out or injured.

I think I am proud that we have this level of International player but at the same time worry........

It shows just how far we have come in the past 10 years as a club. Thumb up

£20 to whoever guesses correctly how many of these 16 players return to the club with an injury. Doh

Smile  Is that an injury that stops them playing in the next game? or an injury they come back with and has healed up by the time of the next game? What happens if a player comes back with an injury, is declared fit but does not play and may really be unfit, but we say he is fit to fool the opposition  Smile

Either way I say 3 Whistle

You're making my head hurt Salop. Sad It's just any injury of any severity.

I'm expecting 3 with at least 1 having to miss our next league game.

Chris Brunt already out with a groin injury. Could make a lot of people on here happier come picking the next Albion team.

It looks as if the Baggies players on international duty have totally outshone all of the other midland club players on international duty combined.
