King never promised a "£30M warchest". He did say it would take around £30M to get us to where we want to be (so far the amount is around £9M), but he never said we'd spend that amount on players.
A word of advice - maybe before accusing others of glib and shameless lying, it might be a good idea to revise your own policy of lying in a glib and shameless manner.

Difference is we dont have Marquee loan signings with statements of intent. They are stop gap cover signings. And as we are stretching our lead again in the league it all seems ticketyboo.
