I think davies will be a good solid addition to the team ! he will give us strength !! Another question WTF HAS HAPPENED TO MELO ? 
Think hoopers got 9 days left. We will sign him anyway. Only issue I see will be his wages.

CC always seems to say Melo's close to resuming training but then you never hear anything.

I think Melo is the nickname for the "casper' like friendly ghost that knocks about the ground.
Davies is a good addition, knows this level well. No prolonged settling period. Bon Voyage Lachman! taking up a squad place for nowt. If we haven't already told Norwich we'll snatch their hands off for Hooper I'll be very upset. Especially considering we threw a 5M bid around for bleeding Nugent. This should be as straight forward as it gets. Bannon signed 3 year deal. It's all very positive so far today.

Most of us agree that Hooper needs to stay and I assume that CC and DC think the same. It also took him some time to get properly fit and to gel with the team, the fact that we would have to go through that again with a new striker means its worth spending the money and bringing him in permanently. As regards the fee, don't really care if its value for money or not, its not my money its DCs, he can do what he likes on that front!!
Davies in, Bannan signed and Lachman gone is a good start to the JTW. Getting Matias, Lees, Turner, Melo etc back adds to this good news and with a bit of luck we could see virtually a full squad going forward. Anyone know if we are still going for Judge??

Bannan signing is the coup of the decade !! ive not seen anyone as good as him at Hillsborough shezza !! although he needs to fine tune his freekicks and shooting somewhat !! he gives the team so much confidence because hes always wanting the ball even when its not going to plan he wants the ball and doesnt shy away from it !!

Pudil. Hutchinson. Wallace. Bannan. Lee. Lees. Forestieri. I'd say these are currently the spine of our team. I'd sign Sasso and now Hooper. Keep Palmer and let Hunt go when time is up. Pudil should also be signed. Still a CB and a natural Chrissy Waddle for me though

Davies is more of a ball player Imre, similar to Bannan in some ways.
