I think Warburton has something to think about following this win. Law in midfield was far more dynamic and direct than Zelalem ever is and kept his Hibs counterparts on the back foot. Miller, although his final product is lacking, is also a more direct player than Oduwa. Now it's fair to say Hibs left themselves more exposed at the back than other teams have against us recently, but part of that was because we moved the ball from back to front more quickly and didn't give them time to settle into the 2 banks of 4 we're so used to crashing against. I'm confident with the attacking options we have that if we can attack at speed and there's a bit of space available we will score goals, so for most of our league games Law has to be our first choice there ahead of Zelalem.

Have to agree with that Law was terrific, and holt ran them ragged at times. They ended up resorting to aimless balls over the top, no answers to the problems Rangers posed them.

I have to agree with the point El Car has made regarding Zelalem and Oduwa.
They are both very skilful players but spend too much time going sideways or back or trying to beat their immediate opponent instead of passing the ball.
This wasted (for us) time is used by the opposition team to organise their defence and deny us space where it matters, in and around their box.

Cant see Falkirk going the distance, injuries and suspensions will be their undoing in games. Still nice to see them posing Hibs a question now!

Without appearing overly bombastic, the title and automatic promotion will have to be hard won by either Hibs or Falkirk - Rangers will have to lose it. We have far more quality across the squad and that should make the telling difference in the second half of the season.
