Half-time : Rangers 3-0 Alloa ... an excellent performance, keep going !
MW must have read this board, a 'walk the ball' move failed but was immediately followed by Rangers' first goal, scored with a shot from outside the box !

Spent the last 20 mins trying to walk the ball into the net, Larry!
Impressed with Zelalem ina rare full 90 mins for him today. He protects the ball really well, and rarely wastes possession.
Wee Barrie McKay's confidence continues to rise, and his form reflects that. So dangerous taking players on and caused panic whenever he did so.
4-0 flattered Alloa today. Could and should have been more. Four goals from twenty-five attempts.

That was a solid, cohesive performance from Rangers today. Goals from Waghorn, Tavenier and Waghorn gave Rangers a 3-0 half-time lead and the scoring was completed with a last minute header from Nicky Clark. Rangers back to winning ways, normal service has resumed, but we now have to wait a fortnight for more, due to yet another international break.
Rangers stay 5 points ahead of Hibernian.

Still too wasteful in front of goal despite the scoreline. We played better today than we have in weeks, but we're still papering over that one large crack up front. Assuming we don't lose any of our more significant players to long term injury I think we only need one signing in January, and it's got to be a clinical finisher.

A very comfortable win yesterday, controlled the match from start to finish. Waghorn was tremendous his movement was a nightmare for defenders. Have to agree with Trus on Zelalem, his hold up play was great. We were probably guilty of being wasteful in front of goal, but a fantastic display.
