Houston got a cheek, the "ref" gave them everything and how the number 11 stayed on the pitch was a mystery, I also didn't think it was a free kick for the challenge on Law. I thought Wagthorne and Sheils were immense
I think it's a free kick every time. Getting a touch on the ball doesn't mean he didn't foul the player, and in fact it was a total fluke he got the ball at all - in the replays you can see from where he's looking he was only ever trying to take Law out. His trailing leg was the one that did it so even if you say the defender won possession when he touched the ball, it was then a deliberate off-the-ball foul on Law.
