Just our luck that he gave the biggest ever transfer budget of 36M to the most negative manager ever to grace the planet.
Iam sure if Mowbray or Mel had kind of dosh they`d wouldn't of blew most of it on defenders who we didn't even need.

Mowbray would've blown it all on diminutive soft-footed Spanish playmakers!
It's interesting that after Mowbray left, JP specifically stated that the club was moving away from an emphasis on high fees, towards prioritising higher wages. It seems now we have the money to chuck at both, but it just feels like we are not being very careful with money in general.
I just wish we had the same infrastructure/staff that we had in 2010 ish with the money that we have now. Imagine how many Mulumbus and Dorranses we could buy!

To be fair if we had either of those managers we wouldn't have that money to spend because we'd be in the championship !
