Why play May?  What's the point when CC clearly doesn't see him as part of his plans.  

Lavery has had two chances now and failed miserably on both occasions against L2 opposition.  He probably won't get another.

I guess that's my point, consilio. Why wouldn't CC see him as part of the plans if he hasn't been given a chance to show his mettle? Yet, like SG before him, nuhiu gets chance after chance. Folk on here have me labelled as being anti-nuhiu, implying I have an obsession about it. There may be some grain of truth to the latter, but I'm not against the guy  as such. He might do ok in L1. I just don't understand why he gets chance after chance while others get limited or no opportunities.  Maybe it's because he's a big guy and by his sheer size looks intimidating,  but as you said yourself, he is a bit of a fairy.

It's most likely nothing more than Nuhiu is all we have at the club closest to suiting CC's style of play. Until CC can bring in a solid striker, we're stuck with Nuhui.

Clubs aren't banging down our door to even loan May at the moment and whilst I feel it's similarly unfair treatment such as Madine likely felt when he came back. It's part of the game, players get frozen out. As Hooper himself has found at Norwich.

May will go before the window shuts. Probably on loan, possibly permanently. CC will have spoken to Bullen, Rhodes etc and they will have helped him form his opinion.

I would personally loan him and Lavery out until Jan. They both need games and scoring a few goals at L1 level will help them.

It looks like Hooper and Turner are going to sign so the Nuhiu debate will be done and dusted. He has his uses, for me, he's a squad player.

I would loan laverey out and keep may and play him aswell !! may even if he doesnt score goals is a good worker and brings pace to the team !! and Nuhui is a good squad player and the type of player you can send on in the last 2o minutes of games ( if you are winning that is ) and butter the other team up !!
