If Scott Allan had REALLY wanted to play for Rangers he would have held on for another 3 months and then signed a pre contract with them.
To me this has shown him up as just another mercenary footballer who will say one thing and do another.
Who amongst us can blame him? a rumoured £8.000 a week at a Premier league club or the iffs and buts of what next season might bring. No brainer for an ambitious youngster.

The modern era player goes where he can get the best deal wattie,no one should expect different.
The club have played a blinder here,and made the best out of a tricky situation that our rivals were trying to exploit. The govanites look like complete mugs today.

Not really! The lad has a young family he could have been injured between now and Jan. He had to financially look after his family. I wish him well and takes as much money as he can from Celtic. We were never going to pay wages like that

Not 10grand a week for an unproven player. And i wouldn't be paying his wages. But i'd imagine Rangers would be paying more than Hibs.

I'm just glad it's all been put to bed HFC can now concentrate 100% without any this crap coming around in January if he was still at Easter Rd.
Got to admit it this might work in HFC benefit the young lad McGinn was brilliant today along with young Henderson Fyvie was also very good. Our midfield is looking really strong I honestly don't think we will miss SA that much yes he was a good player but he's not irreplaceable.

Moving across the city to Hearts according to twitter rangers are apparently looking to take Jamie Walker & Sam Nicholson to Ibrox on a pay as you play deal. And these players are going to accept that deal eh if it's true.
