Who?. Oh how the mighty Gers expectations have fallen. No more multi million pound signings. How will the Bears cope?

Meets my expectations. Apparently 2 decent young players. one was being chased by 3 top Dutch sides. Both have youth, under 18, under 20 caps respectively for their Countries.

Can't help thinking Murdoch's career with us is over.

It may well be, but players will always come and go. If Warburton doesn't rate home there's not much to be done.
If he's as good as we'd hoped he'll make a career for himself elsewhere.

With defensive midfielder Ball coming in, does that signal the end of the Eustace trial/deal?
Oduwa looks like a decent recruit, will push Templeton and McKay for a place, maybe even relegate Kenny Miller to a full-time coaching role. All of Warburton's signings have one thing in common - decent pace. Maybe that's why wee Murdoch isn't favoured.

Aye from what I've seen they do all seem to have pace, added with some skill and I think you are right in that Warburton has signed well. That pace should help you stand above many sides in the Championship.

I see Celtic are rumored to have had a bid accepted for Scott Allan - 400k plus a couple of players.
