That is one piece of advice that someone needed to give Stevie May last season, he seemed to knacker himself chasing the ball when the opposition had it rather than making better runs when we were attacking.

 going to watch the Ashes highlights, then that programme afterwards where they take the piss out of colonials after which I will watch the new C5 thingy and then be suitably drunk enough to fall into bed
