The guy has all the attributes, strength, skill, tenacity, passion and now leadership skills .In my opinion out of all the players touted he would be the most difficult to replace .Saunders has been very quiet about him and that's the best policy.Keep him under the radar as much as possible.

Agree 100%. He is our engine. Ryan and Roberts are no loss but he's a different matter. When he was out last season we looked lost in midfield. Hope his disciplinary record may put a few off.
