I have missed pitch cam too!! How sad is that? Surely it will be more of a specialised turfing job. The local chap could do it in a week from the back of his lorry!!!

McCoist took Rangers through essentially 2 part-time divisions with a budget larger than the rest of the team put together!! This season he got found out, his tactics were terrible, he had no plan B and the players were not fit enough due to the training methods he employed!! Rangers fans were glad to get rid of him and only when McCall came in did they start to look like a team!! He refused to play the younger players as well, something we need to be doing as we move forward and he stuck with older, poorly performing players. Really don't want to touch him with a barge pole!!

Rob Staton has just tweeted that Carlos Carvalhal will be announced as Head Coach with Mark Cooper possibly being part of the coaching team.

It certainly is an interesting and new approach at S6. We could do with a few good coaches, whilst Gray was a poor manager he was a good coach and we'll miss that.
Carvalhal, I'm still underwhelmed but if he's only one part of a larger group then it might not be so bad?

Still not convinced SG was a good coach.
If Westwood had not won us 15 points by baling SG out then everyone would think he was garbage.

It's possible he wasn't. I'm basing my opinion on what players past and present have said. Also, when we had Wickham the lad stayed after training almost every day. Gray stayed with him instead of just effing off home so young 'un could get a bit more than just shooting practice in.
I'll give him some praise for that.
