Not sure about inspired decisions. He picked the wrong back four and the wrong winger.

Lallana should have come on for Delph and Clyne for Jones.

Rooney shows his class again, out of form but still has the composure to stick the winner away.

Got to sort out that back four. Gibbs isn't good enough and Jones is a CB. Cahill makes bizarre decisions, Smalling is a squad player. We need a natural leader back there.

To be fair, love him or hate him we need a John Terry type figure at the back!!

At least he made changes & the changes seemed to work.

We need a leader at the back, neither Des or Rio were particualrly good at that, John Terry or Terry Butcher is what we need currently!
