My heartfelt sympathy to Rio Ferdinand whose wife Rebecca,aged just 34, died today.
 That puts all our complaining about the Baggies into perspective.
Some days I'm top dog, most days I'm just the lamp post.

As a footballer I never liked him but as a human being my heartfelt sympathies to him, his children and to their respective families. Absolutely devastating news for all concerned , I can't imagine their pain
