For me, the WBA issues are more likely related to Father Teds management skills but I think we also need to avoid the Blue tinted glasses pitfall of assuming our memory of past players mean they will be good if they come back.
IMHO we need to be picking up players from other teams with the youth and hunger that Brunty had when we first got him.

Most Wednesday fans slagged Brunt off when he played for us before.
I would rather go for younger players with their best years ahead of them.

Aren't we constantly going on about midfielders with creativity, good at corners and free kicks, I think brunty meets all those demands hands down
