Yep the end to last season really was a damp squib. We've got tough games from now on but even picking up a point here and there would be a bonus.

Interesting stat on BBC Match preview.

Baggies boss Tony Pulis has never lost a Premier League home game against Liverpool (W3, D3).

Good point
Leicester win again and Hull win at Palace !!!

Meaning we are only 6 points clear of theses 2 now and they both have a game in Hand !!!!!!

Are we safe yet

7 points off the bottom as Sunderland slip into the relegation zone,

Even they have a game in hand ;-(

Good point and McManaman looked a threat.

Great point. Defended very well as a team, passing was sloppy at times (especially from Gardner and Yacob). Ideye and especially McManaman looked threats when they came on. Vic injured again - thats it for me tbh, he has to be sold in the summer.

Really pleased with what we saw from McManaman; I was starting to worry he might be another dud with his prolonged absence, but he gave us a real spark in the second half when he came on. Hope he can stay fit through the run-in and maybe give us a boost.

All in all, with the other results today, this could end up proving a vital point.
