ELT - I take it tonight wasn't a classic. Biggest cheer (or was it a laugh) was when they announced the crowd apparently.

Some cheerful Brighton fans on this forum - http://www.northstandchat.com/showthread...tch-Thread-*** not.

282 Town fans apparently. Another good point for us, now for at least another on Saturday.

I've just watched the lowlights from yesterday.

How on earth does Wells not score at the end? It's a shocking miss.

Oh yes and Calderon, runs into two players and falls over trying to cheat the ref into giving a penalty....embarrassing

Those that travelled from West Yorkshire deserve a medal, the that travelled from the South deserve a round of applause

282 fans I was heavily surprised by. Pity they were all London exiles or old folk with most having no intention to give it the big un. Tried chatting to a few folk with my old man not being present and an old dear who was knowledgeable on the game had a chat with me throughout the game but the rest weren't up to much. Could have been a library in our stand. Awful game apart from when we were defibriliated (not a word I don't think) into life in the 82nd minute when we decided to want to win the game as we looked like we just wanted a point for the rest of it. First half nakhi and miller both had good chances on another day would have gone in but they didn't. Midfield non-existent. Don't think I've seen coady have a worse game and butts was bad for his usual high standards. Every time we play them all their work comes from Bruno their fullback who despite being a cheat is a class act and the whole game we just decided to back off him, let him ping a pass or play someone through. Gobern solid, and probably the best performer out of our midfield. Nakhi had probably his worst game in a town shirt that I've seen, missed a sitter, didn't look interested. Looked like he had played with Miller for the first time who battled hard, tried to hold it up and link up play with absolutely no support. Sandals well and truly out. My MOTM probably lynch. Rock, solid, cleared well, blocked well and made some vital tackles. Finally looks like the player we all thought he could be. Nakhi's sitter just summed up the night and performance. They passed the ball well brighton but they have let most of their quality players go. Buckley, Ulloa, Barnes, Bridcutt, Bennett all gone. Mackail-Smith came on and I thought 'here we go hes bound to score' but he looked a shadow of his former self. If we had shown any form of aggression from the off, imposed ourselves and pressed them we would have won that game easy. They were there for the taking. We should have realised that. Decent point but should have thumped them 3-0 to be perfectly honest. Powell's lack of any substitutions to try and win the game baffling, maybe he had no options from the bench or just over-cautious but was dissapointing to see.

Careful ELT if someone strays off DATM and reads that they'll have your guts for garters for not being positive enough

We weren't playing Derby, how can you be overly positive about a 0-0 draw against a team scrapping to stay in the division? I'm sorry but we should have higher standards than that. I ain't expecting us to clump bournemouth 5-0 but have a little ambition struth.

Anyone seen the Teixeira incident involving Wells?
The Brighton lad has broken his leg.

Wells went through and he clipped him from the back. He should have gotten a yellow card for stopping his run but he broke his leg instead. Freak injury.

He did get a yellow card didn't he?
