I think the article you gleaned that from was hypothetical click bait. I would expect Kris the administrator to put out a statement tomorrow or over the weekend notifying the fans on number of bids but not who they are from. Ultimately I think the winner will be someone not rumored in the press and who won’t be announced/named until the preferred bidder target date of Dec 5th.

As expected really. It's the long game for us now.
Will we be lucky enough to bag new owners who have a vision for the club like Sunderland ,Ipswich or even Wrexham?

We'll know for new year. It could be a happy new year after all for us Owls.
The cherry on top is that in his infinite spite (and stupidity) Chansiri will not receive anything remotely close to his 100m asking price, he'll be getting 15% of it.

It’s never been mentioned anywhere but I presume based on my Project Management experience the Administrators have a template/requirements for how the bids must be submitted ( I.e. effectively a Request For Proposal).Besides the financials it hopefully includes some statements on near, mid and long term plans for sustainability and success and how they meet the EFL owner requirements.

If not ,there’s no way they would be able to narrow it down to a preferred owner in a couple of weeks since they’d be comparing apples to oranges to pears etc and going back and forth on clarifications and questions. Even with a standard format the Q&A will happen but should be a lot simpler and based on experience with other club administrations. Fingers crossed its the Waltons !!!
