WBA vs Everton - Match Thread

But surely the "2nd eleven" would play with passion and pride to force themselves into the reckoning for thr "1st eleven". Where was the PRIDE and PASSION today. Everton were an average side with a dodgy defence who should have been there for the taking. But no........... 20 yards defence between midfield. 20 yards midfield between attack. If I wanted to watch 11 INDIVIDUALS play a game I would go to the park on a Sunday morning......... It would be so much cheaper. A seriously Pi$$ed off DD Thumb down Thumb down
Ubique.

Irvines appointment was a disaster! We all knew it,but decided to keep our heads up,and buoyed by the new signings,we all agreed to give the Coach a chance!

So,no win yet,no goals in the last 3 games and very few chances created. We are a bunch of headless chickens being led by a Man who has absolutely no clue at all about running a successful Premiership Club! At this rate,we will be swopping places with the Wolves, and that would be a disgrace.

I can forgive my Team losing,if they put in 100% effort on the pitch.Am just not seeing that at the moment, and that's unforgiveable!

My Lad no longer wants to go to the games, and to be honest,I cant blame him at all!

Nice bloke, great!  I just hope that bcause JP has bet the farm this summer, he will make a ruthless decision and cut his losses.

It is not my normal approach. I like to give people time. But I see nothing positive in what he does. Selection, tactics, subs. Add to that no fans from elsewhere have anything positive to say, usually you get a mix of opinion!

Get rid and get rid now!

Well Colin's at crystal palace now Stairs.

Id take Pulis now for sure, but alas i don't think him and JP could work together he likes a say in who he buys. more of a manager than a head coach, hope i'm wrong Rolleyes

Sherwood as Mel before wanted his own backroom staff now this is where the big problem lies with me.

If we do change head coach the whole lot must go,

We can no longer go with the old coaches

For the sake of the club we need a complete change
For the sake of the Club Downing & Kiley must go!!!!!!!!

The comfort zone between players & coaches is there for all to see.

Also, rumors of a bust up in the dressing room as well which resulted in Lescott, Myhill and Sess being sent home - REALLY sounds like the happy camp they made it out to be  Whistle

Where did you hear that mate  Sick

It was just a rumour posted on the "official WBA fans" page on FB, not the most reliable but I've not known them to just post nonsense and no smoke without fire...?

Spot on. Just a shame that JP and the board didn't have the guts to be so extravagant with coach and managerial appointments as they were in the transfer window for players. Burton coming in as DOF was a good, and much needed appointment. Sticking with the same coaching team in a rigid management structure on the other hand, wasn't.

Need a clear out. Get rid of Downing etc which will lead to the removal of Brunt as captain. Get in a new man like sherwood and new staff that will give this club what it needs a new philosophy and new ideas to start fresh.

Totally gutted. I had such high hopes for this season only for them to be cruelly dashed. Thankfully, I was at a family wedding in Lincolnshire over the weekend so missed the game but looking at the Sky extended highlights, we were pathetic once more.

If you think about it, there is one common factor in the time we've been crap which, I believe, was mid-term of Steve Clarkes reign after the Hodgson influence had dissipated.

The common factor ?    DOWNING & KIEILY

Get rid.
