According to BBC a good reason as to why we kept another clean sheet
"Southampton responded with some tidy football but failed to test goalkeeper Fraser Forster "
Ben / Fraser Easy mistake to make.

Just back from game and everyone played well with the exception of one player - again Brunt didn't turn up. Other than an excellent clearing header from a Southampton cross from their left, his quality was zero. Crosses were constantly over hit, poor passing etc etc. I just don't know how he keeps getting selected over Poco or indeed anyone who could do a better job.
Funny how others who watched the game thought Brunt was one of our best players. Certainly wasn't for me !

Just got back myself, how bloody windy was it ???
Fantastic 1st half could have been 2 or 3 if Dawson or Gardner had taken their chances. 2nd half was far more defensive with the TP iron curtain going up but what a 3 Pts !!!
It's my birthday today so am very happy bunny and gonna get plastered !
Boing boing :-)

Stunning Tony Pulis. I am totally confident of survival. Hope the talk of striker injury is not founded

Well that all went pretty much as predicted. Now for the second bit of the prediction against Villa. Happy days.

With other results going for us I reckon todays win is crucial in keeping us up.
Well done to TP and the lads
