I feel really indifferent about this game, I don't know if it's because the 2 villa games are coming up or because I'm confident we'll stay up but I just feel like no result would effect me much. Hopefully a win to get them up for the Villa games.

With Saido and Morrison doubtful, I'm hoping (realistically speaking, I'd have Poco and Gamboa in if it was up to me):

Foster
Dawson - McAuley - Lescott - Brunt
Yacob - Fletcher - Mulumbu
McManaman - Ideye - Sessegnon

There is only really Gardner and possibly Anichebe (if fit) who may start ahead of Mulumbu and/or one of the wingers.

Forgot to mention - I'd take a point, a win would be fantastic but I'm happy if we just keep ticking over as we edge towards the 34-36 points which looks around what the safety mark will be this season.

Don't mind that team at all - I know there 's a lot more creativity on the bench than maybe in the starting 11, but IMO we've got to compete with Soton first and foremost and picking Gardner (who I rate more than quite a few seem to on here) instead of Sess or Mac makes sense
