If it wasn't Ivanhoe's it was a midweek job at Batley Variety Club Snoots. They were due to play but Paper Lace turned up instead last time I was there.

Well that was a real sickener. Fought hard to get a deserved equaliser, but then to lose it like that....

Gutted, mate. Sad

Hull did a proper job on us today, started well and managed to get ahead, what followed was top shithousery. Slow the game down at every opportunity and frustrate the home team and crowd. The ref fell for it hook line and sinker but that’s not why we lost. We just weren’t good enough today although having scored in injury time we should see it out…but we didn’t.

We had them in the 2nd half. We had most of the corners. We should have finished it. I'd love to know how many of their players went down. It was ridiculous.

Just a word on the referee. Yes, she had a poor game, in that she let Hull get away with too much shithousery, but she wasn't the worst referee we've ever had. Some of the worst we've ever had were in the Premier League.

Some of the over reactions on line are just crazy. Yes you are making those comments because she's a woman, despite saying that you're not.

And I realise that I'm probably only defending her because she's a woman, but the booing at half time was really over the top. The Sorba booking was probably all she got wrong really.

I don’t even think she got that wrong, he’s told to get on with game and he doesn’t then throws his arms around like a five year old(he does that a lot) and gets booked.

A quick question, the new manager starts work tomorrow but unless I’ve missed it we haven’t announced any back room staff.

Like I said, if we're not talking about the ref, they've done a good job. That we are means the job wasn't as well done as it could have been. Like our defending for their two goals.

Meanwhile, 'ull now have a big lead in The Yorksha League. Their final away game is at L666s, the only team that can catch them. they also have to play Boro at home.

I think we have had her 3 times this season and at least once last season. Last season she gave a bizarre penalty against us at Oxford and didn't have a good game. This season in two of the games she was about as poor as a lot of other refs but in the other game she was ok. She is bound to get more scrutiny and certainly from my perspective I notice when she is our ref whereas I couldn't even name any of the men.
