Who do I want?

Somebody who can coach these fine footballers of ours. Somebody who will introduce a ball into the training sessions. Somebody who will get them to practice passing and shooting.

Somebody who will give us a team we can be proud of, a team that makes us want to leave the car park and walk to the stadium with excitement and anticipation of being entertained.

Somebody who will deliver front foot football and not the turgid side to side, slower than slow rubbish we've had from every manager since Mark Robins walked through the door.

Can't put a name on that though. Don't suppose Lee Clark will be in the frame.  Whistle

For me, the options that I think could take us to the next level are baumgart, Steve cooper and will still.

Still and cooper are probably fanciful options who'd be looking higher than us.

I'm unsure how I feel about heckingbottom, I know he got Sheffield United promoted, but they had a good squad, he nearly achieved it the season he took over when they were at the wrong end of the league, but still, they had a good squad. How would he do with ours?

Same with duff to an extent. Although he nearly got Barnsley promoted and just missed out, weve had the guy in the other dugout who bested him on the day and we've seen his football doesn't always translate into championship clubs as with Swansea.

Eustace, a lot is said about how he left Brum and the position they were in, but let's not forget they were rank average last season with him in charge, I think his ability has been blown out of proportion.

Rowett and Pearson. You know what you're going to get I suppose, but i don't think it will be what we really want. Might not be as tedious as Moore but there will be times when it will get near.

Oh yay, sounds delightful

I guess I'd accept heckingbottom, he's had the most success.

That being said, if I'm in the running then I pick me. I couldn't do any worse than Moore really could i

Hecky has just picked up 3 points and a ban for speeding.

His court comments suggest he’s ready to return to football and would consider any offer

Bloody hell, was he in that much of a rush to watch us recently?

Oh it was last July, not us then.
