Papers saying that Villa are enquiring about TP's get out clause and compensation fees to WBA.
Rumoured that £2.5m would need to be paid to steel him, if he was prepared to leave. Not a big fee if it gauranteed them Premiership survival and a share of all the new money.
I am confident that TP is an honourable man and would not walk. So this is pure speculation. But, how much of a salary package would sway him........

Compensation fee of £10m and they can have him !
Remember, one swallow doesn't make a Spring.... we played well against Swansea who Gary Monk said had an off-day. I wouldn't be surprised if Pulis 'Hoofball' returned before too long.

I agree with the fact that Villa look almost down & out, and TP wouldn't take that risk.
