Apologies for the lateness of the thread, been at a theatre festival all weekend where my daughter was performing, so didn't have chance to get it up any earlier!!!
THE LAST MATCH
Wrong team picked, wrong tactics played, wrong formation!!!! All this caused us to half an exceptionally poor first half. At HT, Maguire was rightfully hauled off and replaced by Semedo, which saw at least a different formation and different tactics which gues what resulted in a different performance in the second half!!! Once we finally got Bus and McGigan on we actually looked like a decent team and there really was only one winner from that point on!! But it was all too late, and it was all SGs fault!!!
THE MATCH - TUES 10TH FEB 2015 19.45 GMT
Mick McCarthy has made Ipswich one of this seasons slight surprise packages. They are tough to beat and very well set up without any real stars. Back in September we drew 1-1 with them at S6 with that rare combination of an actual home goal that wasn't a penalty, and a Nuhiu goal at that!!
It was a frustrating game as we went ahead after only 5 minutes but then failed to score and kill the game, which allowed them to score in the second half to take a point back on their tractors to East Anglia!! (By the way, where is West Anglia??)
This will be the 45th meeting between the teams, with our record being W17, D11, L16. Last season we lost 2-1 at their place, but the season before saw one of our best performances of the season at Portman Road as we ran out 3-0 winners, with Barkley getting a brace, would love to see a repeat of that one!! Here is the video of last seasons match at their place.

After Saturday's performance SG now fully deserves his place in here. I have also added a firm favorite frustration that many of us have!!

Wednesday Player - considering its not exactly difficult technology they do seem to screw up the commentaries far too often. You can come out of here once we have a trouble free match!!!
