Paul Ince please make it happen just for the LOL's

If he appoints someone like Ince, with the target of the Playoffs under our circumstances of no head scout, no coaches or manager and several players short then it's safe to say the chairman is smoking crack, it's a step backwards from Moore; why would you?

Safe to say Moore and his team walked away from the bullshit Chansiri was serving up.
The clown just won't appoint competent professionals to run aspects of the Club that he isn't fit or able to do. His constant interference and buffoonery is detrimental to the Club's progress

Well sorry I haven't been on here all week, been traveling and busy at work.  So what do we now know:

1. Moore walked over some disagreement, still none the wiser whether that was his contract (which was a rolling 12 month one so needed renewing anyway), transfer budget or who the players were on the list Chansiri referred to.  Its still possible that Chansiri had made the decision after the slump at the end of the season and just waited to carry it out, that's possible because of the 12 month rolling contract he was on.
2. Players will be signed and there is a transfer budget that has been increased due to getting promoted.  But Chansiri has made it clear he is not prepared to blow through FFP like he did before.  To me this is a good thing, we cannot get back into the mess we were in before we dropped into L1.
3. DC still has ambition to get us back to the PL but thankfully the above point is now understood by him.  He would like to put more money in, but he cannot do that under Profit & Sustainability rules unless he can somehow increase revenue.  I am tired of seeing fans who want him to splash the cash again, yet criticize our failings when he did.  We have to stay clear of EFL sanctions this time and like all the other Championship clubs who do not have parachute payments we will need to stay away from transfer fees that might not break the bank but will push us past the 39m 3 year losses we can make under FFP.  So far from what I can see there is one transfer fee paid by Sunderland and a couple of undisclosed transfers by Championship sides, every other transfer has been a free transfer, yet Championship clubs will on average lose over 400k per week anyway.
4. 50% of our fanbase wanted Moore gone before the playoffs (80% on here), so lets stop moaning about him leaving, its done.  He deserved another year for me, but he has chosen not to stick around, his choice.  I never believed he would get us promoted to the PL but I did think he was the right man to keep steadying the ship and keep it inching forward.  DC has to find someone to do that now.
5. Shirts are average price for Championship clubs, Season Tickets were cheaper than average during the early bird stage and are now above average for all the glory hunters who didn't buy one earlier!!  I have seen us being compared to what Man City charge as an argument against these prices but thats just plain dumb, football doesn't work that way anymore!!
6. As Imre posted above, our current starting 11 is capable of being midtable in the Championship, but we have no backups when we inevitably get injuries.  Imre, you missed Windass off the list.
7. However well intentioned DC is being, fan forum's are simply not his thing!!  For one, Imre is right the culture he comes from is stubborn with regards to criticism, not a criticism of him as such but it causes problems.  Plus he says all the right sound bites yet divulges so little.  A lot of football fans are not blind like they used to be, they see through cliches and demand transparency, and he like most owners will never give them that insight into the business so he should just stop trying.  If there is one thing all of us, including DC, should have learnt from Moore's stint at the club its that success makes everyone happy and papers over any cracks that are there.  He is right though when he says its up to him to find the right guy and continue moving forward, if he does that then we will more than likely be perfectly happy.
8. Bring in a manager and we will support him.
9. DO NOT EMPLOY PAUL INCE!!!!!

Correct charlie added .. tomorrow he'll sign for Southampton just watch Wink ...
We've 17 players at least 7 are only good enough for back up and bench fodder realistic we need 3 top quality players and 2 run off you're mill stuff ...I'm siding towards this VC porko fellow as he will come in with no ideas about our lovely little dictator and he plays attacking football ..I think anyone else will be going against what they believe and so fighting the tide from.the start and we know it only takes one little spanner with clownsiri and all hell breaks loose ..I'm speaking for the best for the club at the current situation..not what I ideally want ..ideally we will get bought by some Saudi and DC will be history ..
One thing I'm with DC about in today's statements is he wants an attacking team ..we was never going to get that with bungle !!! And being in the championship and building is not sustainable..it's eat or be eaten I'm.afraid ..I couxed myself into wanting a relax after the last 2 games and was happy for Moore to bore the shit out of me again for a while ..well it's not Tobe we now have to get into the ring yet again and start trading punches !

I'm not sad that Moore's gonners.
It's the circumstances that worry me. If it's due to DC interfering where he shouldn't be, I'm averse to it.
If it turns out Chairman Mao is executing a masterplan behind closed doors then I'll hold my hands up.
Sadly, it's far more likely he's interfering and his son will be playing football manager again.

He owns the club though, he can interfere wherever he likes and as any business owner he should be involved in everything.

The latest rumour suggests that Moore wanted 2-3 year contracts for him and all his staff instead of a rolling 12 month contract. DC refused to give this and offered a pay rise but on the same rolling year basis, Moore refused and therefore his contract technically expired.

I can see both sides of this, Moore would want this for job security as any one would and with his stock as high as it was going to get this was the right time to demand it. But it has been suggested that DC did not have faith in him after the run in and the fans reaction to Moore prior to the PO second leg game. DC I assume is thinking that if the start of the season does not go well then he would need to pay out a 3 year contract to get rid.

This would explain the mutual consent statement, he wasn't fired nor did he quit, his contract was not renewed. I don't think this was any part of any master plan by DC but as much as Moore's stock was on the up, so is the clubs having just been promoted. Irrespective of what a manager thinks of the owner, they still take jobs and they still believe they can succeed despite an owner!! So changing manager now is likely to be the best time for DC as well.

I'm very interested to see what his next step is.
Attacking football is certainly the opposite of Darrenball. I'm with Chansiri on this change.
So any managers names being thrown about would need to fit the description to warrant any merit.

Getting more and more inclined to wanting VC as the next manager but I worry what he can do with with only half a team who have technical ability and half a sack of dogshite who can't make a pass or control the ball to save there lives ?

The players displayed a horrific inability to perform the basics under Moore.
All season long, passing, ball control and vision were abysmal.
We won't get away with that in the Championship so coaching, tactics and training all need to change at the very least.
