We need a Director of Football and we needed one 6yrs ago.
This cycle is exhausting and another reason why we're unable to actively engage in the transfer market like a functional Club.
We're probably about to waste numerous opportunities to sign good players without ever knowing it, because we're not even scouting properly to begin with.

Chansiri needs to be kept as far away from player recruitment as possible.
I just wish the necessary positions could be filled with competent professionals but as always with us, it's last minute panic and desperation.

It's no wonder the minnow Clubs are now light years ahead of us in terms of Club infrastructure.
Windarse even stated "This Club has loads of work to do off the pitch" and that's coming from his inside perspective.

Chansiri's endless refusal to address or rectify these issues is exactly what makes my bottom chapped and I'm currently trying to enjoy time off from being upset with the Club. Laugh

Southampton after Windass I can see this happening through money and ambition can't blame Windass if he leaves hell double his wages no doubt and he's a real chance to play in the premiership after next season .
We messed up again when the offers came in last season we should have tied him down with a new contract but we played hold instead of twist ..which is understandable due to injuries and not knowing if we could get promotion.

I forgot Windass has had his contract extended ..so we do have an option to sell !!

Jordon storey latest rumour ..if we could get him and McGuiness I'd be happy .

Southampton going to have to show us the colour of their money we're under no obligation to sell Windarse, thankfully but if his head gets turned he is the type of person to get mardies on like Forestieri did.

I'd sell him to fund vardys wages I know it sounds daft but Vardy could get us 15 goals in half a season he's more likely to play ..I know we should rebuild but we have to be careful as well and make sure we get points to stay up .. McGuiness storey and Vardy from the sale of Windass could see us 60% over the line .

1.5 up to 3 million is pocket money for Southampton when the sell there asset striker for 30 million .

Transfer window officially opens tomorrow.

If Wednesday are clever they will hold back with Windass because Southampton will be rich after selling whoever he's called !

And there principal as a club is to sign younger talent and sell on so again a sell on Claus also needs bashing out ..not the same one that saw us loose money on jaoa...

Something like ..if the c@nt runs his contract out then we get money anyway !

Looking forward to next season ..please be midtable I need a season to calm down I think we all do ..no point in going up with the dogshit we'll have ..build needed ..the pigs will come straight back down don't want none of that ..we have to build a base .
