WBA - End of Season Thread

I bought my home at what was then a peak property price. It then all went South and for a few years negative equity was a big threat. But 15 years on having loved living in the house and watching our family grow, the house is worth considerably more than we originally paid for it.

Lai does not love football and hates being in the UK but I suspect he is praying for a football miracle (as am I) and that West Brom under CC will blossom with a cheap young squad and along with new TV money get back to the Premier League next season so he can sell for £150m

He must be smoking something.

Been away with my ten month old grandson so not been online.
My final words on this season!
I am glad we did not win at Swansea, the way the results panned out, we would have missed out on goal difference, after our poor start and the boards failure to act earlier, that would have rubbed salt into the wounds and added insult to injury. That would have made our failure to stop Sunderland winning at our place the critical result.
King Carlos came so close, let's hope this brings about a change in ownership and a big rebuild, a build that is continually renewed, if you by a car you service it and maintain it every year, you don't just leave it to chance that the parts will continue to perform at their peak.
Here's to next season, hoping KC, king Carlos, can take his Albion squad to the greed league.
Have a great summer everyone.
