And the winless run continues as we failed to see off lowly Oxford. We started ok and had several chances but couldn't find the net. Stockdale made a point blank save, then Bazza gave us the lead with a beautifully curled strike from the edge of the box. Onto the 2nd half and we started fast with Wilkes forcing there goalie into a save and a great save but the score remained 0-1. Then the efl stooge decided to give Oxford a pen, and Brannagan blasted home. We huffed and puffed the rest of the game but never looked like scoring, and now lie in 3rd place, as we prepare for the playoffs

Next up and Accrington Stanley make the journey to Hillsborough. Stanley are lurking in the final relegation spot but did win there last game 3-0 v Port Vale and are now just 1 point behind Oxford, who they play on the final day of the season. There top scorer is Tommy Leigh with 7 goals & 3 assists but he wasn't in the squad v Vale. They are managed by John Coleman who has been in charge for nine years, pretty good for a modern manager.

Impossible rules the 5 minute one with dickheads who don't read posts that's why the rule first time is the nearest !! All said and done ..next season you pick a time from the first match thread that is not the same as the post before and it's stick all season
