Wigan's game at Coventry on Tuesday has been postponed. Not looking good for our game next Saturday.

Coventry have asked to switch the game to ours according to the Press in Coventry. Apparently Wasps agreed to lay a new pitch and haven't. The pitch has been declared dangerous by the EFL and "an independent internationally established research and agronomy company, appointed by the EFL, evaluated the pitch at the Arena. They have experience at a range of international tournaments and stadiums in the UK and abroad. It was their finding that the pitch would not be safe or playable for Tuesday’s game against Wigan Athletic."

The same article says switching the game is difficult because of the police having to deal with another game in South Yorkshire.

Er, quite. Who writes and edits this rubbish? L666s are at home on Sunday by the way.

Here's the daft thing - nobody is saying what exactly is wrong and they aren't blaming the ground staff. For two years the ground has only been used for 15-a-side egg chasing, which doesn't need to be as flat a billiard table like football pitches are these days - then they blamed the 7-a-side RU for the Commonwealth games - which is all about running, just like football - and a couple of concerts, which they have every summer.

I reckon it's the dickhead owners of City behind this again spitting their dummies out because they missed out on buying the stadium when they fell out with the council and now have their bottom lip out because Wasps haven't laid the new pitch they promised to lay. It doesn't need a new pitch laying to roll a few bumps flat. Not found any pictures of the "actual problems" yet.

Can we use a rugby ball and play them at Aussie Rules?

You can always put your thread in safe storage, or as it's called on here "Save as draft" until you need to blow the cobwebs off and edit a few lines jjamez.

Here we go - finally some pictures of Costa-del-Coventry beach

Leeds Road 1972 wasn't much different, the puddle wasn't as deep but the mud was. Hell, there's grass on that pitch.

Here's what it was like when we beat England in the 5th Round of the FA Cup World Cup

Just taking me shoebox and tarpaulin down to the local roundabout for the night.
