After all the gloom & doom, we were all pleasantly surprised (except Charlie who is positive 99% of the time) as we brushed aside Plymouth. We started on the front foot and were rewarded when Sow turned in a cross for his first league goal for us. We ke[pt up the pressure and made it 2 when NML got down the left cut inside and curled one in the corner. Onto the 2nd and Plymouth pulled one back direct from a free kick. We made it 3-1 when Hutch headed in from a cross. Argyle pulled another back when after a scramble Johnson diverted into his own net. Barely 30 seconds later Windass controlled the ball and finished clinically to finally wrap up the points

Next up and a trip to Oxford and there 3 sided ground. They will be looking to do the double over us after winning at Hillsborough earlier in the season. Oxford lie in 7th place, 1 place and 3 points above us, so a win would be very handy to say the least. Matty Taylor is there main threat with 12 goals and 3 assists this season. They will be looking at the playoffs as there best chance for promotion, bit like us, as the gap to the top 2 looks too big to make up even with 20 games still to be played.
