It just shows you how the modern manager or coach is so out of touch with what the actual job is ...move up the table and keep an eye out on results .
While it doesn't seem to matter on the pitch how can you motivate players ? Instead they put all the efforts into crap systems that never work !

The keeper was shit yet again ..I'm hoping Burnley take him back but the prospect off wildsmith as number 1 goalie is even worse !!
Experienced keeper needed surely there is one knocking around who can't get a game for a championship side ! Left back center half and all round midfielder as well we are basically talking off getting 5 in and shipping everyone on loan out except Cornbeef ...!

Luongo is another and iorfa ...it's no good having players that don't play especially when you try to build the team around them because they are the best players .
