What's the opinion of you guys about Adrian's apparent dismissal.
I like the bloke and not just because he's a Baggie but, he's human enough to make the odd blunder.
Unfortunately, the knockers are out in force and giving the bloke a hard time (oops no pun intended).
Personally prefer him to the Garth Crooks or Lily Savages of this world.
It's been rumoured that the Beeb may lose Lineker at the end of the season too.
Some days I'm top dog, most days I'm just the lamp post.

Not just 'cos he's a Baggie, I really like Chiles, and he's much more quick witted than any of the others. Apart from that, I've spoken to him at the Hawthorns a couple of times, and he's a very unassuming bloke.
As for the others:
When's Mrs Lineker going to tell her husband to give up on that attempt to grow a beard?
When's Mrs Savage going to tell her husband that looking and dressing like Gok Wan is not a very manly thing to do?

ITV's football coverage is terrible and Adrian Chiles is certainly better than that. As the frontman, maybe he's bearing the brunt for any low ratings ITV are getting, but pundits like Andy Townsend don't help - he adds virtually nothing to any discussion. Chiles is very dry, and whether that sort of delivery is suited to presenting a football programme is debatable. ITV would do well to get Jake Humphrey in - he did really well in Formula 1.

Sorry to see Adrian go,but not the other plonker Townsend.His terrible monotone ramblings during matches takes away everthing for me.His constant chatter about where this and that player should be and where said players should be running was a nightmare Sound OFF every time.
