Those replays of Mirallas and the other Everton players at the penalty are pretty damning.  These guys are at each others' throats.  Really hope we get at them and unsettle them second half.

Brunt must look like Ronaldo in training. Surely for a RHS player who can get back and get forward Gamboa would be a better option. He could not possibly give the ball away anymore often
