People talk about signing proven players, but I'm very much still in favour of signing players that can develop and in that case are unproven.

I guess it's a case of either signing players like joey g alan lee or Tommy miller or taking risks on players like coady bunn Rhodes pilks etc

I know which I prefer!

And we're prepared to let another striker, Martin Paterson, go to Canada, apparently.

Going to join some Mickey Mouse club in Orlando Florida according to the Unexamined. Toronto would be the only Major League Soccer club in Ontario - ask Jermaine Defoe what he thinks about them. It may explain the confusion Laugh

Montreal maybe if he's got a taste for poutine.

rumor is that Connor Sammon will be joining on loan, unpopular with some but better than Paterson or stead , if fit Wells and Vaughan are going to be first choices anyway

The MLS is a third rate league anyway , pato would get as good a standard in L1

I don't have a real problem with signing Sammon, he's better than the current back up.

James, I get what you are saying about players who can develop but these have to be balanced out with players 'who can' right now.

All I'm saying wakey is that when we go for those who can, they normally end up being someone who can't and thats why I would rather sign a youngster or unproven player who wants to

In my book want will always be stronger than can
