Late news - Swansea want to sign Ben Hamer, apparently - sell, sell, sell. If it was allowed I'd drive him down there myself, and bring the cash back, minus petrol money and (cough) expenses, plus fines from every Police Force whose area I drove through (at least twice) that I'm not supposed to. Should net Town a £5'er at least by the time I'm done Laugh

Hadn't seen Wakey's post when I parked mine on the thread. Doh

Oh for goodness sake. As if we didn't make enough cock ups, we're about to sign Kalamity Keogh. Laugh

I sincerely hope we don't go for him, I pray that Coventry or Rotherham offer him a better deal. If we are so keen on signing former players and want a centre half, please just sign hefele, even if it's just to be a cheerleader

Well all of non-league knows you've got a good signing with Sorba Thomas from Boreham Wood.

Please don't strand him in pointless U-23 non-competition for years. National League players are used to a very competitive environment. He's 21 let him grow up. Get him on your bench and gradually get him used to first team football. The only way to move up to a new level is to play at it.

And getting rid of Hamer is a huge plus. He shouldn't be anywhere near league football.

Good things do happen.
