HTFC Summer transfer window 2020
Somebody I used to work with, knows Bromby, texted me last night saying he's doing it deliberately. He's a die hard Leeds fan and is trying to ruin our club.
Bit far fetched, I know but wouldn't be surprised with owt that's going on now.

I honestly don't buy that. One he used to head the academy and brought in some highly talented youngsters, or was involved in doing so.

But two and most importantly, if that's the case he'd never work in football again if it got out that he was doing that and there would probably be a case for it to go to court. So it probably would become 'public' knowledge for other clubs, so he'd almost certainly never work at a professional club again

It's almost like the club were just stringing him along with no real intention of signing him, then blaming the EFL for cocking up at their end.

And what happened with David Nugent? If it's true that he had turned up at Canalside, what went wrong? They turn up there for the photo shoot when it's all completed, not for negotiations.

And why are we after a 35 year old anyway when Cameron Jerome, who's a year younger was considered too old?

Alex Vallejo signs for Town. Spaniard. Never heard of him but Carlos knows him which is what really matters. He's not someone we've signed on the back of watching a You Tube clip.

Or because our wizards on Football Manager have looked at his stats - oh, hang on a minute.

Never mind, I'm sure he's really the 20 goal a season centre forward we've been looking for.

Let's see ...... deep playing midfielder, can play centre back. So cover for Hoggy and Schindy then. Yup, definitely the 20 goal centre forward we've been looking for,

Bit harsh on Bockhorn, wasn't his fault he was signed for a club way above his grade. That's on the club

Kian Harratt has gone on loan to Guiseley and is in the squad for today's FA Cup match against FC United. Nowt against Guiseley but that's a backward step from last season at Harrogate.

I'd say it's a step forward if he's actually starting games, a fair few times for Harrogate he came on late in games, playing a step below and actually playing will do him more benefit
