Johnstone keeping us in this at the moment. Southampton are having so much joy because Townsend is a poor Championship defender let alone a premiership one. Both full backs are struggling and Grady spending more time on his backside than with the ball.

Showing again that we have not progressed from a club that scraped promotion. We should at least be competing but making Southampton look very good.

Midfield is getting totally overran with Pereira in the 10. He's just walking around.

Sawyers can't play in a 2 man midfield, simply isn't fast enough and overplays. Been saying this since the start of the season yet Bilic can't see it.

If Bilic persists just 2 in the centre, you need a sitter next to Livermore. Why are we the only club in the league without a proper sitting midfielder?

With the current personnel, the midfield needs an extra man. Sawyers or Krovi have to play in the 10, not Pereira.

As for Edwards, we've seen now for 2 years he excels as an impact sub but is anonymous when he starts. How is Bilic still starting him? It's so obvious Pereira needs to be moved out left, where he played well in the previous game and we need another central midfielder added to the mix.

Honestly, I'd look good in that Southampton midfield. It's so easy when you have all the time in the world. We haven't laid a glove on them.

The disconnect between the forward and midfielder is reminiscent of Pulisball, but without any guts and steel.

5 midfielders and Livermore is the only bloke that tackles. He's on a booking. What chance have we got?
