Just a thought. If we have a few new ‘wanting to take part, to save them going into the championship and making the numbers in each division different, how about no relegation from the premier for last season? What’s your opinion Beefy?

We may need to look at this though my preference would be to add to the top division in this order:
2nd bottom of premier league
Play off loser
4th place in championship
5th place in premiership
6th place in premiership
..,
....
First newcomer
Second newcomer
Bombers pet cat
SCO’s pool boy ( admit it SCO)
....
....
Bottom of premier league.

Seems no point in promotion and relegation if it's all about evening No's up each season. Note Football Premiership and Championship No's. in each league.

Why not leave it as it was and new players joining Championship and using the same system for promotion and relegation? 

OR 8 Premiership players, and relegated players with last years top players into Championship A group, and B from bottom of last years Championship with NEW players, then leaders of both at the end of the season in a playoff to get into Prem.   

Though if you go the way you are suggesting, I agree with Snoots being re-intruduced to the Prem.

My suggestion was meant to be tongue in cheek. Any excuse for Beefy not to be relegated!

People got promoted because they did, people got relegated because they did, Snoots got promoted on the basis he lost a playoff to be in the top league anyway,
So there's the reason for promotion and relegation seems pretty fair to me,
No one is forcing you to play , this thread gives you the option to join or leave if your not happy the exit is that way >>>
