I agree but surely his tactics are not what we are seeing this bunch of players actually executing on the pitch?? This team is midtable at best, the best tactician in the game would struggle to do any better than this with these players. Its telling that when we come up against genuinely decent teams, we lose unless they have a mare!! We have half a team that is decent, the rest are ok for a bottom half team and we really have virtually no one who would get into a top 6 team.

He is a decent No2, something we don't have at all!!! If Monk stays, big if at the moment, then he needs to be given the chance to bring in his own backroom staff. As a club we have to accept that when a manager comes in, and when a manager leaves, the whole crew go with him.

To be fair thats also a product of playing Nuhiu, and we have seen 5 managers use him that way consistently!! We have no midfield, Bannan is a good player but if he isn't on fire we don't function at all in midfield. Murphy is decent enough, but Harris is frustrating!! Three centre backs are probably our best positions. We haven't had a decent striker for years!!
